I’m sorry

Hello blog world. I have missed you. I kinda ditched ya for a few months, so sorry about that. It’s kinda been a rough/awesome/learning/difficult/great couple of months. Some of the rough/awesome/learning/difficult/great moments are: I became our XLR8 (youth) Technical Director, my car threw a rod a week ago and can’t find an engine to put in it, Courtney’s phone has been being really temperamental and it finally stopped working the other day, Courtney and I started our Marriage Mentorship course, Courtney and I pushed the wedding date from March to possibly September (still discussing that, may be later), Courtney got promoted at work, Courtney and I started going to an awesome small group, the graphics card in our Xbox 360 got toasted, there is probably a bunch more stuff that I’m not thinking about. Ahhhh, it felt good to blog again. Hopefully I see you all soon (instead of 2 months later).

New Video

My latest video is up on YouTube. It is a Man on the Street for XLR8 (our youth group) interview asking people about love and how Christians do at loving people. Here’s the link: Man on the Street

Gearfest ’08

Yesterday morning a group of us went to Sweetwater for Gearfest (Gearfest is to sound and music people like Auto Show is to car people). It was sweet. I played with like about a hundred thousand dollars worth of stuff (guitars, soundboards, drums, etc.) I met my Salesman for the second time and I met Anthony Coppedge for the second time as well. It was really just a cool morning.

I think that I am now convinced that Facebook is better than Myspace…though Myspace is trying to become more like Facebook now, which is kinda funny, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do to stay alive in webworld.

my Dad finally decided that we needed some faster internet and we now have DSL. I know to all you cable internet users (I prefer cable myself) its not that fast…but compared to crappy AOL Dial-Up its freakin’ amazin’! Yea to faster internet!!

Yep and what a cake it is….wonder if its chocolate?? Yummmm.

Lego MP3 Player?

Yes and it looks really sweet too. It supports a max 2 GB micro SD card and charges just like an iPod. A fully charged battery will last about 6 hours. Check it out.
