My Music Corner

Seeming how I shared with you my new guitar I figured I might as well share with you the rest of the family. I have a ’92 Fender Stratocastor Floyd Rose with EMG’s (with SKG case), a ’73 Fender Mustang (with original case, a Global Acoustic, an Epiphone Sheraton II (with original case), a Washburn B-2 Bass (which I am trying to sell), a Peavey Bandit 112 guitar amp (which I am also selling), and a Boss Metal Zone pedal (or as I like to call it, “my heavy metal pedal”). This is absolutely crazy!

Courtney, Donnie (her brother, which I believe is 15) and I went out Thursday night to get Chinese and we got our drinks, two Cokes and a water (for me). Well Thursday had been five weeks so I was like, I want a drink, so I took Courtney’s Coke and to my surprise…I can’t believe I am going to say this…I didn’t like it. It tasted really weird and it kinda burned my throat a little. I never thought I would say, “Coke? Naw, I’ll take a water though, thanks!” and I did, but never in a million years would I say, “Ehh! Coke?!? I’ll take water, thanks!” What is the world coming too?!?

Baptisms

We are having baptisms today! Very exciting indeed! We have 6 total this morning (2 per service). The baptismal is all nice and warm and ready to go! We have about 6 video testimonies for this morning that are always amazing and life changing that are part of our “True Crossroads Stories“. About every 3 months or so we do True Crossroads Stories with 4-7 video/live testimonies and baptisms. TCS is always amazing.

An entire month

Yesterday marked an entire month since I have had a pop, crazy!

Animal Crackers

While Courtney and I were eating some Animal Cracker’s before church this morning I realized something on the crackers…they have little holes in them, one in the head (as to be an eye) and one in the gut. Here’s a pic,

So my question is, why is there a hole in its gut? Is that where they shot the animal cracker? It’s a mystery…

Well, I decided

that it would probably be best if I just didn’t drink any pop for awhile.

Three weeks down

Today marks three weeks since I haven’t had a pop. I am debating weather or not I can drink one when we go out to eat or something now, cause I know that I can do it so just one or two a week would be ok, so I don’t know yet…do you think I should have one or two a week? or do you think that I will fall back into my habit of 5+ a day if I start with one or two a week?
